My skills involve helping people do better at what they are doing; I’m ‘tops’ in multitasking! I learned, and improved, at multitasking as a military First Sergeant.

A General once asked me why I didn’t seek the “Limelight” when speaking with me about a highly successful project I had spearheaded and implemented. My answer;”I’m more interested in seeing a project I’m involved in being a success; If others jump in line ahead of me, that’s ok! Why? Well, if it empowers them to be better, then I have done what I set out to do and more! Leaders don’t need to have a spotlight on them to be great… Inspiring others is a really…GOOD … accomplishment.
