A General once asked me why I didn't seek the "Limelight" when speaking with me about highly successful projects I had spearheaded and implemented. My answer: "I'm more interested in making my projects a successful endeavor; If others jump in and steal credit for my work, that's ok! Why? Well, first I usually can’t do anything about it, and if it does happen, then I work very hard at making sure they can’t let it go.
